1. Nature of Services

The services offered on this website, including hypnotherapy and energy healing , are complementary tools designed to promote emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. These services do not replace or substitute professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment. If the client is undergoing medical or psychological treatment, it is recommended to consult with their healthcare professional before participating in our sessions.

2. Client Responsibility

The client acknowledges and agrees that:

The results of hypnotherapy and energy healing may vary from person to person, and specific results cannot be guaranteed.
The effectiveness of these services depends on the client’s commitment, openness, and active participation during the sessions.
The client is responsible for providing accurate information about their physical, emotional, and mental state when requesting services.
The client must never undergo our services if they are under the influence of narcotics, psychoactive substances, or any other substances that alter their mental or physical state. Participating in such conditions may compromise the safety and effectiveness of the session.

3. Cancellations and Payment Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made after this period will not be refunded.
Payment must be processed at least 48 hours before the scheduled session time. Failure to complete payment within this timeframe may result in the session being automatically canceled.
No partial or full refunds will be provided once the session has begun, except in exceptional cases at the discretion of Let Me Hypnotize You.

4. Limitation of Liability

Let Me Hypnotize You is not liable for any damage, injury, or unexpected outcomes resulting from the use of our services.
The services offered are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any physical or mental illness.
The client assumes full responsibility for their voluntary participation in hypnotherapy and energy healing sessions.

5. Informed Consent

By booking a session, the client declares that they have read, understood, and accepted the following:

Hypnotherapy involves an altered state of consciousness (trance) that may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical or psychological conditions (e.g., schizophrenia, severe dissociative disorders).
Energy healing is a holistic practice that does not have scientifically proven results and should be considered a complement, not a substitute for conventional medical treatments.

6. Confidentiality

All sessions and information shared by the client will be treated with strict confidentiality, except in cases where there is an imminent risk to the client’s safety or the safety of others, in which case applicable legal protocols will be followed.

7. Consent for Recordings

By participating in the sessions, the client authorizes Let Me Hypnotize You to record the sessions solely for service improvement or training purposes, provided prior consent is obtained from the client.
