How I Work With the Subconscious

My work focuses on helping women release emotional patterns at the root

without reliving trauma and without emotional overwhelm.

I combine two powerful approaches:

Hypnotherapy and Emotion Code.

Both work with the subconscious. Both focus on the nervous system. Both support deep internal change.

But they work in slightly different ways.

Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is a guided process that helps you access the subconscious part of your mind, the place where beliefs, emotional memories, and automatic patterns are stored.

You are not asleep. You are not out of control. You are in a focused, relaxed state where your mind becomes more receptive and your nervous system softens.

In this state, we can identify the emotional roots of patterns such as self-abandonment, fear, overthinking, or lack of boundaries.

Instead of trying to “fix” behaviour, we work at the level where the pattern was created, allowing new internal responses to form naturally.

Emotion Code

Emotion Code is a structured method for identifying and releasing trapped emotional energy stored in the body.

Sometimes emotional experiences are not fully processed. The nervous system holds onto them as protection.

These unresolved emotions can influence behavior, relationships, self-worth, and even physical tension.

Through a focused process, we identify these stored emotional charges and gently release them.

When emotional weight is removed, clarity and regulation return more easily.

How These Methods Work Together

Hypnotherapy allows us to access and update subconscious beliefs and patterns.

Emotion Code allows us to release stored emotional charge that may be keeping those patterns active.

Together, they support change that feels calm, natural, and integrated — not forced.

Most women describe the result as: “I feel clearer.” “I feel lighter.” “I feel more like myself.”

What You Can Expect

Sessions are conducted online in a safe and structured way.

You remain aware and in control at all times.

We move at a pace your nervous system can integrate.

The goal is not emotional intensity. The goal is regulated transformation.
